Lance's approach is one of no BS. Lance did not promise us the world or set our expectations beyond what he actually delivered - a sale on auction day within our desired price range. He listened to what we wanted and was able to provide a marketing campaign and sale within the time-frame we agreed. Lance did not try and sell us anything that was not aligned with our brief and listened to us along the way.

Lance was great to deal with from start to finish. In a tough market he went above and beyond to get Mum the best price for our family home. Dealing with a widow is tough but he was empathetic and never pushed my mum and made sure she was comfortable every step of the way. Unlike other agents that just wanted a listing, Lance was considerate enough to make sure that his empathy and knowledge of realestate followed through.
