It is a tough time to get a property managed due to covid-19 lock down, my previous agent was not able to do anything and left the property empty for more than 6 weeks with no update unless if I asked for it. Rachel is different, she is professional with high standards and always positive, she treats your property like hers. I was being given the updates on regular basis from the handover til the tenant moved in in just two weeks, very efficient!
