Excellent Service - Best Agent in Town
We first meet Rachel when she worked at Harcourts. When she left to start her new venture at Property West Realty we really felt the level of service decline at Harcourts… so we as landlords decided to follow Rachel to Property West Realty, to get the same level of outstanding customer service which we were used to back then. Our decision to move to Property West was very smooth and easy and Rachel managed everything for us and was communicating to us in regular interval of every step of the progress in finding the right tenants for us. I strongly recommend that if anyone is having issues with their current real-estate agent then contact Rachel and she will be able to guide you through and will provide you a marvellous service which every landlord deserves to get from their property managing agent. Rachel Robertson from Property West Realty Pty Ltd has been of terrific assistance from day one. Firstly, she prepared a list of clients that could be tenants, assisted in handy-men / women in home improvement phases, was always reliable in person and over the phone. She made the whole process seem less stressful and was always professional. She even handled things in which were not in her port-folio to appease landlords and tenants alike.
