Refreshingly professional and personal care
The whole process of securing the lease and moving in has been incredibly smooth. I have been treated respectfully at all times, with prompt and honest communication. Small issues were addressed very promptly and with a sense of trust and regard towards me as a tenant.

Great property managers
Excellent tenant selection over the last 5 years.Recently re-let & I called in to quickly do some general wear & tear touch ups on the property while it was vacant for a couple of days. I spent less than a day on touch ups & the property looks as good as it did 5 years ago when it was freshly renovated. Very happy with the respect the property wise selected tenants have shown my heritage property over the years & the rent is always on time.

Very happy family
Property wise has the highest of communication skills and took all the time we needed to decide on the rental property. Communication is key, property wise was prompt in all replies and continues to be. We feel confident moving forward that our time with property wise will be a positive one.
