This is our first rental property, we were very nervous about it but th team of property wise especially Sally made us so comfortable starting from communication and the support throughout the process is highly appreciateable. Sally and the team have been extremely professional in finding tenants for our house. If I had a question Sally would be back to me within 10 minutes. Their knowledge of the market was excellent. The tenants were very well vetted and we feel our rental house is in very good hands. I would highly recommend Property Wise.

Sally was so great to deal with since beginning. There was a set inspection time but still let me inspect on a very vey short notice. Even managed to have a staff see me and let me conduct inspection. The follow ups and information via email were very friendly and approachable too. Which is why within 24 hours I signed off the lease contract :) Super great to deal wth Property Wise - will approach them again if I do purhcase or rent a whole house by myself again.
