Sally and the team made a daunting task pleasant. Having not rented for 50 years!!! We expected this to be a difficult process, but found the first home we visited with Sally perfect. Providing all of the information required today was expected as my wife had let her former home in Adelaide until recently through an agency. We are building a new home and needed a rental property for a year. Through Sally our landlord was a dream, ensuring a few minor defects were made good, so we can fully enjoy our home. Would not recommend. Agents sold me initially and seemed really friendly, but shortly after joining I was frequently frustrated. They were terrible at communication, blamed me for things not going smoothly even though they were their responsibility, and were just straight out rude.
