I could not have asked for a better experience renting out our property. This little unit was our families first home and the first house we ever purchased, so when it was time for our family to move out and onto bigger things (ie backyard, bedrooms and shed) I felt a little apprehensive about the thought of leaving it in the hands of a real estate agent. I needed someone who understood the literal blood, sweat, tears and love we had put into this place, because it was (and still is) so special to us. But along came Sally and the whole Property Wise team who not only held our hands in getting the place up to scratch for a tenant and the whole renting process, but also got it rented out WITHIN 24 HOURS of it being on the market 🤯 I cannot thank them enough, the service and attention to detail has been top notch. I could go on forever about how incredible they are, and I cannot thank them enough for looking after our first home.
