First things first, we found Nitin unlike any other agent we came across. While most were only worried about somehow pushing the deal through, Nitin was extremely patient and did an incredible job of understanding our requirements and constraints. He never tried to be pushy, gave us ample time to decide, answered our numerous queries and in the end got us a brilliant deal which I doubt anyone else could have done. The thing that stood out for us was his honesty and how brilliantly he balanced both the buyer's and seller's interest. In this day and age where trust is hard to build, Nitin stuck to his words and delivererd to every single commitment he promised. We never felt the need to get anything from him in writing. His words were assurance enough. Our buying process had few ups and downs primarily due to the current fickle property market but Nitin maintained his composure throughout and patiently walked us through several options.
