Not only is Nitin approachable, but he's also patient and consistent, demonstrating outstanding knowledge of the property market with effective communication. My journey with him and his company took 7 months before I finally settled for my current property. While I do not encourage you to call Nitin after 10pm - as I did, there was never a time I called him for clarifications (sometimes 11pm) that he was not there to address my concerns. Everyone is a "mate" in Australia, but Nitin is more than a mate to me. He's a BROTHER who's got my back.
