I have previously used Len to sell a property, so I felt comfortable from the outset using him again. Our faith in his ability was proven credible, and we were absolutely delighted with the result. We traded the property after the first open home, and received well above the market valuation. The real value for me, however, was in the the integrity of the sale process. Len was honest with us (even when we didn't agree, or if it hurt to hear), and was very communicative with us throughout the process. We felt that, regardless of the final sale price, we were putting our best foot forward, and the property was ready to go to market. That we achieved a final sale price much higher than the valuation is testament to the advertising regimen Len employed, and his negotiation with potential buyers. Best of all, we found Len's (and property Central by extension) sale commission to be quite reasonable, and we didn't pay a fortune for advertising. We aren't planning on moving anytime soon, but if we did, we would use Len again without hesitation. I would definitely recommend him to any potential seller.

I first met Chantel Laing Hardwick about four years ago, she was the agent handling the sale of another unit in my complex. At this time I was impressed with Chantel's market knowledge and her overall presentation and thought I would like her as my agent should I decide to sell my unit in the future. Forward to 2016 and I made the decision to sell. From the moment I came into contact again with Chantel I was very impressed, her market knowledge was excellent, her presentation was impeccable and I found Chantel so approachable and we both seemed to be on the same page. The thing that stood out more than anything was her attention to detail, as I was going to be travelling at the time the unit went on the market and would not be around to make sure the unit was in pristine condition for viewing and open house inspections. Chantel made a couple of suggestions, one was for me to leave two brooms in the garage (which was accessible to the house) one for outside paths etc.and one was for inside floors, so that should the place need a little touch up prior to inspection she would be able to attend to that, the second suggestion was that she would arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to inspections so she could open the windows and doors and air the unit, being locked up they sometimes get a little stuffy. The third suggestion was for me to leave the name of the chap I had do my back lawn and if the yard looked as though it needed a mow she could organise that for me. These three suggestions were what clinched the deal for me to choose Chantel for my agent and I must say I was not disappointed. Once I decided to go ahead with Chantel it was all smooth sailing, from photos to advertising through to the open house, and again once she found a buyer the negotiating, contract and getting it to me whilst I was away just worked like clockwork. He provided some painful suggestions regarding repainting the house but it was worth the effort to follow his advice and helped in getting the property sold at a price we wanted. Let me start this email by firstly apologising for leaving it this long to email you. This has certainly been a sin of omission on my part, my only defence being that we have had a lot of extremely challenging health issues with my niece which has involved both Graeme and myself since before Christmas. Thankfully things are settling down and I am catching up on all my "must dos". The purpose of my email is to thank you so much for all you achieved with selling our property at Lisarow. You are without doubt the best Agent I have ever encountered for your professionalism. There were many aspects about the way you approached things which we certainly appreciated, specifically that even after you came and did a market appraisal you did not apply any pressure for us to sell because you understood that we would not sell unless we found a suitable rural property first. You did however keep us informed about market developments. Additionally you actually listened and took on board the type of property we were seeking and did not waste our time with those properties which you knew would not be suitable for our age or did not fit our criteria. You provided sound advice always. Following our discovery of the property where we now live, even though sadly it was with a different agent, the whole process of the sale of our Lisarow house was conducted in a way which we couldn't fault. Your confidence in believing what the house was worth resulted in you achieving an excellent price and you made the whole process painless (or at least as moving house can be for anybody). Additionally we have enjoyed an ongoing friendship with Tony, the purchaser who loves both the house and its position. She sold it in just nine days and in the price range we had hoped for. Overall it was an excellent service provided by Chantel.
