Brian was very efficient in the process if our sale. Our sale was alittle more complicated than others on our behalf . we had trouble with the banks and Brian was only to happy to assist His communication/negotiation skills were excellent, as was his patience to wait on things as the banks mucked us around for 7 weeks. Brian was on time and very punctual on each time he let us view the property. Brian gave us a hamper /basket at the end of the sale to say congratulations on your purchase. Only qualm was there was no beer in it!!! I HIGHLY Recommend Brian to anyone.

Inspires confidence & gets the results
From the outset James inspired confidence. We interviewed three agents to choose who would sell our home. James had excellent answers to our questions. During the preparation phase he kept in contact and advised on getting the house looking at its best. Throughout the selling phase he communicated very well and kept us updated. When the crunch came he worked very well with the buyers to get a great outcome. I would definitely have James sell another property for me in that region and highly recommend him to others.
