I contacted James as I had seen him when inspecting other houses to gain my own knowledge of the current market. I was referred to Len through a mutual friend, with regards to selling my house in late 2015. From the initial meeting I was impressed by Len's honesty in appraisal, and his market knowledge. He was able to provide a succinct snapshot of the local market, and a realistic price guide for for my property. Following the initial meeting, my wife and I quickly agreed that Len was the right person to represent us, and this translated into a good result, which was above the initial appraisal. I mention this only because other agents had previous given fantastically high values to our property, while Len was much more pragmatic. James restored my faith in realestate agents , he presented himself as if he had 30 years experience as an agent. I had our house listed with someone else for over 120 days with no offers , within 3 weeks of James listing it he had it sold with a price we were happy with.
