Fantastic Agent
We interviewed 5 local Agents before deciding on Jodie. Her knowledge, personal interaction and expertise in the local area made her the standout Agent and her work for us once contracted backed up this assessment. Jodie was always efficent from setting up the initial for sale right through to securing the contract and finalising the exchange. She always kept us fully informed and worked closely with us during all aspects of the sale. She also managed to get us an acceptable and an originally agreed minimum price in a rapidly declining housing market. We would have no hesitation in using Jodie as our agent in any future house sale and would recommend her to anyone looking for an Agent in this area

Friendly, professional, knowledgable and couldn't have been more helpful.
We recently purchased a property in Wyoming through Property Central. We were lucky enough to meet the wonderful Liz Jenkins your Sales Agent. She was friendly, informative and professional. her tour through the house and grounds showed she was familiar and knowledgable with all aspects of the property. We viewed 5 properties that day but I think Liz was one of the deciding factors for us. The wonderful experience continued right through the process to the day we picked up the keys.

Liz has the highest rating out of all agents on the Central Coast for selling houses, which is why I chose her to sell our house a couple of months ago. In a tough and declining market, Liz worked tirelessly from Day 1 - suggesting ideas and organising quality tradesmen for getting the property on the market to being very communicative throughout the entire process to selling our property with no settlement hassles.
