Honest and Efficient
We contacted Liz to look at one of her listings. From the beginning the whole process was easy and fast. Fabulous agent
Through the many months we searched for the right house for our family, Liz Jenkins houses were by far the most beautifully presented and the most desirable properties available. Liz went above and beyond to accomodate our needs and sacrificed her own personal time to allow my partner to come and see properties after work. She was incredibly patience as we fussed over details and understood the process was unique for us. Liz was willing to negotiate with us and also had a no nonesense, helpful nudge approach to get the ball rolling when needed. The organising of inspections and a suitable conveyencer was made extremely simple thanks to Liz’s Support and once we said sold, everything ran smoothly and without complication.
