Outstanding Agent!
From our first meeting I knew if anyone could sell our property it would be Brian. We were selling our mum's property so there were a lot of emotions, Brian was kind, and so very respectful. Brian's positive, straight up no nonsense attitude was refreshing. Never once did he try to mislead us in the state of the market. He is a great communicator, and he kept us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Brian as an outstanding agent. Thank you.

Excellent Agent: Knowledgeable and Empathetic
We found our dealings with Brian to be excellent. He made us feel at ease by being empathetic to our situation and genuinely getting to know us. His knowledge of the market only further provided us with the confidence we needed to make the decision to sell. Brian was excellent throughout the process of our sale. We appreciate that he took the time to walk through the process and listen to our concerns too, without hurrying to explain them away. We were really happy with the whole Property Central service from marketing to sale, which was expertly managed by Brian. If you’re selling in Lisarow or surrounds, Brian is the guy you want to sell your property.

Brian Milson was very helpful with his knowledge of this land and the area. He had some great recommendations for houses to build and companies to build with, and any questions we had as part of the buying process, he was always willing and able to help. Brian is a very friendly and approachable person so he made the whole buying process quite straightforward and enjoyable.

Great Agent
I would highly recommend Brian Milson for selling your home. I actually stumbled across Brian while contacting him about a house for sale that I was interested in. He was very friendly and it was obvious he had a lot of housing market information, especially an in-depth knowledge of the Lisarow area and surrounding suburbs. I mentioned I would like to potentially sell my house and he asked some great opened ended questions which gave him the upper hand when I selected an Agent to sell my home. Brian is a great and constant communicator so we always knew what was happening at each step of the way. He was open and honest and came to know us personally, to make sure we were happy at each step of the way. He has great contacts in the industry, knowing many people/ businesses to help prepare your home for sale etc and all this was extremely helpful at each stage of the sale process.
