Chantel understood what i was going through in my personal life and made the selling process as easy as possible. The only negative which was out of Chantel's control was recieving invoices from the office on a weekly bases after they were told it would be paid on settlement. During the sale process i had no surplus cash so this added additional stress to my life which wasnt needed. Chantel was amazing for everything. Its a shame the office let down the process.
