Average. Nothing special.

Ben met me at his real estate premises on the day of home open when I put in an offer. On another occasion he phoned to see if I’d up the offer. On the third occasion of meeting him, Ben appeared late at the final inspection of villa 4. With only these minimal contacts I cannot ‘rate’ him better than an average. On the brighter side, he seemed optimistic and business savvy. From a personal point of view I felt ridiculed by his not so accepting reaction to my saying that I don’t think ‘congratulations’ is in order for me, because I simply made a purchase. It was no big deal. Ben and the employees gave me a gift of a candle, a bottle of wine and a diffuser, when the deal/sale had concluded. That was very nice of them, and very much appreciated by myself.
