Dealing with Ben Ciocca on the sale of a property was a great experience.

More than a year ago we contacted Ben for advice concerning the sale of an investment property. He provided us with a folder with a professional local market appraisal including a price range to consider. With that was his advice to wait until 2025 to sell. We were surprised Ben did not put pressure on us to sign up at that time. We were not in a hurry to sell and took his advice.
