After a difficult year, of storm damage and insurance issues, during the end of repairs our house was empty. So no rent comming in. I was the private land lord before using real estate agent. This was not expected at the time that the tennants would move out. We only had a short window to lease the house 7 month lease. The house was ready to rent sooner than expected and P.Smith & Son Real Estate got the house on the market and had inspections within 1 week. They came out the first day I called and looked at the house. The rest went smoothly and they actually made our life less stressful, which was the first company I had dealt with in regards to the house, that actually followed through with this statement. I I highly recommend their staff and their more than fair cost to put the house on the market. Happy customer.
