Paul is professional, honest and very experienced.
Paul is very communitive, he explained everything that was easy to understand. He is open and transparent and updated us with what's going on in the market. Paul is an excellent negotiator and made the process as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone buying or selling.

Excellent service
Paul was outstanding. We were updated with progress of the sale daily , and most of all achieved a sale price above what was expected. The sale of a house, that we brought up our 3 children was always going to hard , but Paul was with us all the way ensuring another great family was going to enjoy it the way we did. Paul's professional approach was spot on leaving no stone unturned. We are looking forward to now purchasing a place from Paul to suit our retirement.

Our mother's house
Paul helped us to sell our mother's house after her death. The whole firm was completely supportive because several issues had to be dealt with before we could officially put it on the market and Paul , and the whole firm helped us to deal with these. He helped in everything - from the selection of tradesmen to repairs - many of whom I still use- to dealing with other issues until the final resolution and sale of the house. We were delighted with the price we got at the time and it was lovely to deal with a firm who knew the situation inside and out. Every member of the staff was genuinely supportive and had a grasp of the situation , so we felt that we were in very capable hands. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul as ethical , helpful and business -like.
