Agency for the Land Lord

Finally an agent I can rely on
Eleanor from Pure Real estate has done an amazing job managing my investment property! I've had experience with several agents over the years but the service provided from Eleanor and the team has given me a lot of confidence it is being looked after right. Being interstate and not being able to visit the property has been challenging and stressful when issues occur. Despite storms and complicated maintenance I've experienced nothing but a positive and proactive attitude to fixing issues with excellent communication reducing a lot of stress. Thank you!

Nice and Kind but not really know about the property
The receptionist was kind and nice, but they don’t know about the property information about gas or electricity things. So I got a hard time to figure out it. Communication was bit slow and not clear for some of issue.
