I've been with Pure Rentals for over 8 years and they managed a number of our properties. We have also referred a number of friends who have been happily using their services for years as well. Being an interstate investor based in Victoria, I was very fussy about finding a great agency. I was recommended to Pure Real Estate and find that Russell and the team are very hardworking, proactive and display extensive knowledge of the local market, both in rent and sales perspectives. They certainly tick a lot of my boxes. They communicate well, returning calls within a day almost all the time, and provide timely condition reports. They also provide good advice on securing the best leases for our properties at the earliest possible time, as a result our properties had nearly never been vacant and with good tenants. Insurance claims have been very well handled as well, taking all the fuss and hassle from me as the owner. I note all the bad reviews here, but in my experience they are one of the best agencies in Brisbane, they went the further mile for me and gave exemplary service.
