Having bought several properties over the years we knew we’d need a real estate agent with a proven track record of getting buyers into homes fast (and getting them a great deal, too). Nick aced this. From our initial interactions with Nick when we knew we had found, via his excellent marketing skills the perfect downsizer in Griffith, to our first inspection and right through to our pre settlement inspection with him; Nick’s professionalism and client focus was faultless. Nick is really a genuine guy and although he was operating on behalf of the seller, as buyers we still felt he had our best interest at heart. He was always contactable and available, even after the sale he helped out with a few things that he didn't really need to. If we decide to rent out a property or sell in the future, Nick is and will be our first point of call. We have had a great experience with him in a challenging property market during a Pandemic and we are thankful.
