Excellent agent

Friendly, engaged, and supportive
Nick was great to work with throughout the buying and settlement process. He was upfront in the buying negotiation and he was very accommodating during settlement, organising for us to have tradespeople inspect the property so that we could do renovations immediately after settlement. He was so lovely when et we picked up the keys and he even bought us a nice bottle of wine to celebrate. Thanks Nick, we'll definitely be thinking of Purnell real estate if we need to sell or have someone manage our property.

Easy, down-to-earth and very patient.
I had a great experience with Nick. Being an expat with a foreign income meant that it took much longer than usual for my loan approvals to come through,... Nick was patient and reassuring and managed the vendor's expectations accordingly. Communication was open and easy. An all round good experience.

Nick knows his stuff
Nick has a wealth of knowledge and experience in property in my area and that was obvious from the start. His advice was always clear and honest, he worked very hard - he was friendly, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I believe Nick and all the Purnell staff really go the extra mile. Not only did I sell my place through them, they also handled the tenancy during the sales process, and they managed that all so well. I am a huge fan of Nick and the team.
