Has a very good knowledge of the local market and is so easy to deal with.
Nick kept in constant contact regarding the sale of our property, even taking my call when he was on holiday. His local knowledge is outstanding and he achieved a great result for us. We find him exceptionally easy to deal with and his professionalism is a great credit to him. Would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Nick is a master of the Kingston suburb, and it was a pleasure to work with him and his team.
Nick and Angie were beyond excellent to work with, they are professional, considerate, personable, eager, and very hard working. We were selling in Canberra and buying in Brisbane, which complicated our transaction as we were negotiating in a very hot Brisbane market. We ended up requiring a sale within a week to secure a buy, and Nick made that happen. Because of that, we ended up with a new home that we otherwise would have missed out on. We are both so grateful for Nick's work throughout the campaign, but especially the last few weeks of it. A madman in the best way possible. Nick and the Purnell team have an understanding of the Kingston suburb that not many agents would. From building intricacies and quirks, owners corp minutes, aspects, street differences, and layouts.
