The best thing I did was to work out pretty early on that Steph is extremely astute and knows her business thoroughly. Hence, I didn't 'do it my way' and trusted in her expertise and followed her advice along the way. It made a significant difference to the outcome. I initially chose Steph because of her market expertise in the inner South and her track record of getting results. I subsequently learnt she works hard for her clients, is extremely honest in her dealings, has great intuition, and is a stickler for detail. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again or recommend her.

I particularly liked the fact Nick set clear expectations from the start of the negotiation process and stuck to this until the offer was approved. Nick also organised assistance from others at his agency with all engagements leading up to exchange of contracts and delivery of keys.
