We found Kristian very knowledgeable of the local market and current offerings. He was also available and kept in constant contact, updating us frequently on what was occuring. As we were selling out of state, this was invaluable. We always felt part of the process and he consulted whenever it was required ot he needed clarification. He went out of his way to keep us in the loop at all times. If we ever buy or sell again he will be our go to man.

Kristian is by far the best agent we have ever dealt with. He provided bi-weekly updates with market data and insights. He was open and transparent about all communications he had with potential buyers and really made the whole selling experience as stress free as it could be.
