OMG, if you want communication... you will 100% get it. They spam you as a tenant. There are days I get multiple emails. It is just too much.

QRealty is a very good property management company. They take care of both owners while still treating their tenants with respect. Maintenance requests are seen to promptly and they will negotiate on rent increases. The only negative is that there is a rent increase at every opportunity and rate cuts aren't passed on to tenants.

We have been working with QRealty for quite a few years now and they have been fantastic. They find great tenants, they do regular and thorough inspections with a written report and photos. They deal with maintenance issues quickly, they communicate with us and the tenants in an efficient but professional manner. We can’t recommend them more highly. We have had some less than satisfactory dealings with some of the larger real estate companies and there’s no way we would use any other agency for our rental properties or when buying or selling
