Tegan from Q Realty is very attentive and professional in property management. She is always available to answer questions and help. Moreover, she was extremely helpful when I required assistance with the council and water service registration as it was my first time. She also did more than her job scope to conduct video call inspection for client who cannot travel interstate. In addition, Harrison from the maintenance management team is always very attentive to the client's needs, reaching out to various maintenance service providers for comparative quotes, and even googling himself to give clients more specific info. Thanks to the Q Realty Team. You all are awesome!!! 8 months review: Q Realty's property management is the best I've encountered so far. How I wish they operate in other states too. This is our investment property and Q Realty managed to lease it out in 4 days. Tenant will move in just after 1 week of the house settlement date! They are very responsive and prompt to get everything done. From advertise your house, arrange open home, tenant check and arrange deposit, all done in 4 days. I am more than happy to have them manage my property.
