We've always found the staff we deal with to be concerned, helpful and try their best to have issues dealt with as soon as possible. They are always onto any problems with alacrity and any delays are not of their doing. Most times it is the reluctance of the landlord to deal with concerns, offering, sometimes, very weak excuses for not getting issues dealt with promptly. We have found that they go out of their way to get things done. Many times you can sense their embarrassment when they can't get issues dealt with promptly. They know the industry and their professionalism always shines through
