When we first moved in we had an infestation of cockroaches, the real estate lady tried to accuse us of bringing them to the house, and did not want to believe us. This is not true as both of our previous houses did not have roach problems. We had to argue to get the house sprayed, and send many photos of cockroaches to get them to believe us. Along with she said she was coming for a visit via email to sort the issue but did not show up. To add to this we did not receive a letter of cancellation. I have the email as proof. She told the landlord she was coming Monday but did not message us to say she was coming. Nor did she show up on Monday. It is not a nice feeling to know that your real-estate agents don't seem to care, or are being lazy. I noticed they tell the landlord one thing and the renter's something else. Either way I feel I cannot trust Q realty, or they do not care about their clients. I would rather not use them in the future if I could avoid it, if this is how treat people.

Inspection and online application were efficient. I had an answer the next business day. Lease signing was easy and communication excellent during the whole process. Since moving in, everything is handled either through email or online portal where you can see documents, payments and request maintenance. Harrison has been fantastic and resolved issues promptly, and follows up to make sure everything is satisfactory. Highly recommended.

This company are very professional for example when contact through email or phone I always get a response back on the same day. And if they missed my call and I leave a voicemail they respond back quickly. Any concern with the property I don’t hesitate to let them and they get on to it right away. In my experience if there is something that he not accomplish it’s because of the landlord. Q Realty my rental experience with them is very excellent.
