First time with Q Realty rush to organise the keys to move in. House was not checked before we moved in, 1. power not ready or checked , 2. Toilets needed to be replaced due to blockage, 3. Now new fault Living room ac was not cheeked blockage resulting in overflow of condensate water onto living room floor. My experience with Q realty have been fair but as for main services and amenities should have been checked before we as Tenants move in. This has caused disruption to the household. Above all Q realty have been fair in there dealings with us and provided fast responses to our issues at hand. If the rental property was better organised and checked this review would have been better.
