Professional and knowledgeable during the open inspection. As new buyer, David was very helpful when I came into the office to make the offer. Replies weren't as quick as I would've liked it to be, and I had to make a second attempt to contact on final inspection and settlement details, however overall I think David is very experienced in his work and gives good advice to help buyers out. One thing I found odd was that the taps in the shower were edited out from the bathroom photo.
