My career in real estate began in 2007, and I have never looked back. Before branching out and starting up my own real estate business, I began my journey in real estate as a sales agent, working for a real estate company in the western suburb for 4 years. Prior to joining the real estate industry, I had 15 years experience in banking industry at top management level. Entering into real estate, specifically the sales department was a life-changing experience for me. As a local resident, my passion and knowledge for the area is infectious. As a Director / OIEC and member of the REIV, my knowledge of the residential real estate market in our local area is second-to-none. As cliché as it sounds, I genuinely enjoy helping people. I am conscientious, considerate, and forever developing myself as a person and my skills through my clients. My duty is to cater to my clients’ real estate needs and achieve the best results possible to make them happy. I place great importance on detail. I enjoy challenges. I am hard working and have a real compassion and understanding of people, which enables me to be a subtle and highly competent negotiator. I have a strong sense of what is right and wrong. These skill-sets, educated through my previous profession and life experience, together with my love and passion for my job is what gives my clients the results they deserve. My clients trust in me, which I value them highly, and I am very fortunate to have such wonderful supportive clients who are the very reason why I love this industry. A part from my busy real estate career, I enjoy spending time with my family when I can. I also have great love for cricket as a sport. I play cricket with my local sports club when cricket season starts and have been sponsoring my local Cricket Club since 2013. What more can I say, other than I am a real local who works in real estate with a team I know can trust. So when you are buying or selling real estate, where so much of your own personal wealth is involved, we all want to deal with somebody you can rely on and trust.

When asking Zak when he started his real estate career, his first response was at three years old visiting his fathers’ real estate offices. Growing up around family in property sales, land developments and building, Zak’s real estate roots run deep from a young age. Working in the industry since 2016, has taken the next step becoming the branch manager & sales executive at Q6 Real Estate. A key trait that Zak brings is the goal to make long term and trusting relationships with everyone he interacts with, as well as having an easy going and approachable manner to all new and valued clients. Another key part of Zak’s personality is a perseverance to exceed and sharpen his skills, always further educating and become a Licensed Estate Agent in 2022 With an intention to be in real estate for many years to come, Zak has set an ambition to become an established agent, as well as a reliable advisor to his growing clientele.
