Tyson has a relaxed style, the opposite of some of his aggressive peers at other agencies. We bought off market as I happened to call as he was about to market the property. Tyson obviously has a goal of selling a property but this was the second property we bid on that he was selling. Tyson talked us through the process in a factual way and continued to do so through the process. He has since given us advice with our renovation plans and provided many useful contacts. Tyson builds relationships with people and sees it as a long term thing as opposed to others in the market who see you as a number.
