Tyson was always available day or night, I’m not sure when he sleeps?
While the headlines read sold in 48 hours, we both know the reality was this quick sale was years in the making thanks to your generous counsel getting our home sale ready. Very astutely you pointed out all the obvious and the obscure details which could be collectively improved over time in order to maximise our sale price at the end. This value add was the point of difference. You were always available day or night, I’m not sure when you sleep?

Dream goal achieved!
Buying acreage in the Gumdale area had been a goal of ours for many years so when the time came to start viewing properties we were fortunate to have an agent like Tyson keep us in mind as new homes became available on and off market. He took the time to understand our family’s needs and subsequently found a great match for us off market. Not just a good sale but bring you an wonderful experiences - Good choice for you
This is the first time we buy a house in Australia. There is a lot of uncertainty in terms of pricing, house conditions, settlement process and finance. Tyson always provides timely response from initial dialogue until the settlement of the property. It helps to our clean up our worry over the process of buying. Thumb up to him that he introduces a reliable and diligent solicitor to help up the settlement. In the settlement date, he arranged the previous owner of the property to share with us her experiences on the house.
