When I made contact with Tyson, after trawling through on-line ads for a ‘special’ property in Brisbane, he was very accommodating and understood that the property I was interested in would have these special features. He was very professional and gave me the information that I needed to know, answered my many questions, and was able to quickly arrange for an inspection, for I was distant from Brisbane. Tyson didn’t hesitate to keep me informed of the change in asking price. Further to that Tyson was able to arrange for change of inspection date as I had previously arranged to travel on a certain date. Tyson was most helpful throughout the deal, which has certainly made my move very smooth. We were referred to Tyson by a friend who had recently sold his home in Wooloowin. Upon my first contact with Tyson, I could tell he was a true professional. His eye for detail and his communication and conduct was impeccable. He and Simon both came to the property and provided advice on ways in which we could get the best possible price for our home. Tyson sold our home within the first week of listing for a great price. We needed some fairly extensive works to be completed following the Building and Pest inspection and in accordance with meeting our buyers requirements to proceed an unconditional contract. Tyson’s knowledge of the industry (outside of sales) was invaluable. He was able to read and relay the most important points from the report which helped us in efficiently and effectively acting on the works to be completed. He referred us to the right trades people for each job and I could not have arranged or achieved this without Tyson and the recommended trades people’s assistance. In conclusion, I strongly recommend anyone who is looking at selling their property to contact Tyson. He is by far the best real estate agent I have ever met and I can comfortable say he is one of, if not, the best real estate agent in Brisbane. I have bought and sold many properties over the years and I have met a lot of good to mediocre agents along the way. Tyson is a standout for sure!
