Amazing Agent
Isaac and Maria have been absolutly outstanding in the sale of my property. Having bought and sold many properties over the years and previously working with Maria in purchasing property, I recommend Genc&Co highly. Being local experinced agents, they already had buyers on their books keen to buy. They went beyond expectations to ensure the process was smooth, quick and stress free, their commitment to the sale was exceptional! Above and Beyond our expectations

Buying made easy
Buying a property can be a little daunting. Maria and Isaac helped us with every step of the process and assisted our negotiations with their excellent communication skills. They are not only professional, but are sincerely caring - it goes a long way to making you feel as though your concerns are being addressed and you can feel confident that they are accessible to you at all times during the purchase. They are people oriented in their approach and thrive on making sure all parties in a purchase/sale are happy with the outcome. What more can you ask- of course I highly recommend them!

Genc & Co are great at what they do.
Delightful team with no stupid hard sell pressure. They helped us a lot with presentation to make our home look its absolute best. The results speak volumes. Looked stunning on open day. Honestly amazing!
I am always dubious and skeptical about real estate agents but Isaac, Maria and Hailey were nothing short of amazing. They put all my fears to rest and treated us like family (ever though we had only ever seen them at open houses). They listened to what we wanted and worked to please both us and the buyer (we bought and sold a house with them). They were considerate of our needs and never tried to condition us. I was a real state agent once and fully know how this all works. I was so pleasantly surprised by their realism and felt completely comfortable being truly honest in what we wanted and what we needed to achieve. I would highly recommend using Genc & Co for all future endeavors.
