Maria and Isaac are brilliant agents. They have great local knowledge of the market and great client rapport and communication skills. Very approachable and nothing is too much trouble. Their team provides an all round service. They sold our house in 24hrs - achieving an amazing result for us. This was all without any marketing or open house - in fact before we had even seriously decided to put the house on the market. They then helped us buy our next property and their team - Hayley helped coordinate our sale - purchase- conveyancing - and moving while we were all overseas on holidays. Maria and Isaac sold our house in 24hrs without us even having to market or officially going on the Market and achieved a great price for us. They also helped us to buy our next property. They have a great client bases and local knowledge and are very good at matching up vendors and buyers. Maria had kept in touch after our purchase and even popped in to give ideas as to renovations and updating the property do as not to over capitalise. Been available any time I have called and responded very quickly to all our questions even when they were on holidays in Europe ( in the middle of the night).
