I had the pleasure in dealing with Maria and Isacc on the purchase of our home last year and could not recommend them highly enough. We have both sold and bought many properties over the years both in the UK and Australia and found the majority of agents are only interested in money and spend little to find out more about the buyer or seller. This is not the case for Isaac and Maria, who are honest and professional now becoming good friends. For those looking to purchase a property, this is often dependant on who the property is being marketed with with little choice of the agent. Sellers on the other hand have the choice of agents, I would however think carefully about the type of agent you will use. For the majority of us, we are looking for the best possible price and to be sold as quick as possible. To achieve this I would recommend Isaac and Maria who have a good understanding of the local market together with the network needed to achieve the best results. Also having a agent who is trustworthy and friendly helps achieve these results.
