Better than any other agent
Kim has a knowledge of the market better than any other agent , I’m sure he has a list of potential purchasers before you sign the agency agreement! Can’t beat knowledge and maturity over lesser experienced agents. Listed and sold in one week at a price higher than I set and after I had done a number of comparable sales checks. Very pleased with the outcome Have also used Kim to purchase nearby and on the buying side professional and calm in all circumstances He will always deliver.
