Kim provided excellent service to us before, during and after purchase. He spent the time, kept us informed of properties coming to market and was happy to get us viewings at times that meet our needs. Kim has been very helpful after the sale assisting with trades people and getting access while we were away. We felt very comfortable with Kim’s relaxed but very professional style and would recommend him to both sellers and buyers.
