From start to finish, Barbara was an absolute professional who made us feel comfortable and fully aware of everything that was happening around us. It can be a very emotional and stressful time when selling a house, but Barbara was there every step of the way, and I felt like we were in control at all times. I particularly love Barbara’s upfront, honest and friendly approach, which is refreshing from the over-the-top ‘slickness’ that you can sometimes get within the industry. Barbara went above and beyond with us. I hope she doesn't mind me mentioning this (as it may set a precedent she didn’t want set) but she helped us with the packing of our belongings and, prior to that, listing every single item in the home to ensure there was a clear understanding of what was staying and what was going. Barbara’s advice on pricing and offers was top notch. We were incredibly pleased with what we got and were grateful to get that price without any protracted or stressful negotiation tactics. I’ll miss Barbara’s lovely update calls on the progress of our home, but I’m certain others will get to appreciate and benefit from her professional and warm approach.
