Kind caring and supportive through what obviously can be a stressful and sometimes drawn out process. As we had a 2 storey property having both Paul and Danuta’s services added another level of expertise and security. I found that being able to relate on many levels made me feel I could call whenever the need arose and if they didn’t have the answer right there and then they would return my call promptly. I truly hope our paths will cross again as we search for our new home and wish this wonderful husband and wife team all the best for a very prosperous 2023. Danuta and Paul were both friendly when we went to view a property that was listed by their agency. They were knowledgeable and experienced in the current market. There were a few hiccups along the way, however that was to do with the seller’s and not directly the agency. There was a bit of miscommunication along the way in regards to the sellers price expectations which wasn’t reasonable. Danuta and Paul also went above to help us when the previous owners vacated and left unwanted furniture on the verge. They came and took the item/s which wasn’t there job to do but they did to help us out. Very appreciative.

It was such a pleasure dealing with Mark. Such a professional easy to talk too person. He researched our property, area and the market our home would appeal to very well. He presented us with an approach he would like to use and we couldn’t of been happier. We are still in shock at how fast and easy it all was. House photos taken on Monday. House went live on Wednesday. Sign up out front of house on Thursday lunchtime. Home open Thursday evening and offer excepted on Friday morning 😀 What more could we ask for.
