A 6 out of 5 STAR Agent
I had Eric handle this property of mine since few years ago from Rental to Sold it recently. Not to mentioned he had always delivered the best possible result. His exceptional service is the one and most important reason for me to write this review. I had experience few different agents for other properties of mine over the years. Most (actually All) of them are trying to close the deal as fast as they can, so they can get paid asap. Slow or No response to your questions after the deal is close. Thats why I had been switching agents all the time and finally found Eric who gave me the confidence and satisfaction with his service. Its extremely difficult to find an agent who cares about his client and long term relationship vs. agents who trying to make a quick sale only. I highly recommend Eric to you and he will definitely be my one and only go to agent for all my property transactions. He is a true 6 out of 5 STAR Agent.

Excellent marketing plan
Eric and I met at the house 9 months ago discussing how to sell the property. Eric explained different options and possible outcomes. Since then, I started to prepare the house according to one of these options. We met again after several months. Eric gave me more advice and a time schedule, which I worked against. It is a lot of work but the value of the property needs to be demonstrated clearly to the potential buyers. In hindsight, without Eric's expertise and professionalism helping me to develop an excellent marketing plan for the property, I wouldn't have achieved a great auction result.

Assuring and Comforting
Eric and Raeon International has been a major contributing factor for securing a high sale price to my satisfaction and delight. Ethics, integrity and an all round nice guy
I had no hesitation in giving Eric 5 stars. Whilst he was working diligently for his client on the sales side, he made it very easy for us to purchase the property - making it available for second and third viewings, ensured items were fixed where necessary and generally being available when we needed. He works with integrity and that shines through. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Eric again.

Good communication with constant update
