Background: I was in the market since mid this year for a property in and around Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. My first interaction with Eric was back in June/July 2019 when we saw a property that was being sold by his agency. This was our 2nd house and first time buying an already built house. We liked the property but had few concerns which we discussed with Eric. Eric - a rare and a genuine professional: Eric patiently listened to all our points and advised that the property may not be best suited for us. I was so surprised to see genuineness as most of the agents I dealt in the past were literally pushing to sell a property, whereas here is an an agent who genuinely cared for you, your interests and requirements. I told Eric back then that I would be really glad if I am able to secure a property through him. It did happen :-) After inspecting 7 houses, I ended up on 8th one being advertised by Eric. I immediately felt confident that I will be looked after. 30 mins after the inspection I signed the contract... Eric helped a lot during the negotiation phase. He was very professional, genuine, kept us informed and most importantly, he never pushed me. I had a sense that he was trying to be neutral (very rare phenomenon amongst agents) and he sure did. After new negotiations, we secured the property. There were some issues regarding some fixtures and cleaning of the property prior to settlement and Eric was kind enough to sort everything out for us. he went above and beyond to give us such an experience whereby we felt we were genuinely valued. If you come across a property advertised by Eric, you can trust him and have full confidence that he will only do what is best for you. I would vouch for him and his company any day !! It's been a pleasure to have done business with Eric.
