Whenever someone made an offer on our property and helped us understand exactly why he recommends a certain strategy, ensuring both seller and potential buyer is happy. As a direct result of his recommendations, our property sold well above reserve and $200k above what other agents thought they could get. The way they run their auctions and just how hard his team works the floor on Auction night is phenomenal. He even arranged last minute live streaming for the event when the rain caused us to be flooded in on Auction day, preventing us from flying down from QLD. My advice to you if you are thinking of engaging Theo to sell your home is stop hesitating. The small difference in his commission might be a few thousand dollars more but will deliver you tens, if not hundreds of thousands more for your home.
