During our Sales Campaign Experience, I found Steve, Gerry & the R & H Bardwell Valley Team prior to auction, on the day & with sale negotiations subsequently, very professional and accomodating to any slight changes needed throughout. And most importantly, supportive yet realistic of the vendor in the current Sydney property cycle which has seen a widespread downturn with the banks tightening up on loans. I found that the whole sales experience was genuine, quick & delivered above expectations- also an individualised experience tailored to our situation, , not just part of a general Sales process or campaign. I would definitely recommend Steve & re use him for any future sales, regardless of property locality. His broad sales knowledge was not limited geographically to property address.
