Selling a property can be a stressful time for most owners... This may have been the case for Theo though as he and his team were selling my wife's property and I am a real estate agent. You don't want your agent telling you things you want to hear, you want them to be honest and that's exactly what Theo was. He told us things we may not have wanted to hear, however it allowed us to change things based on his recommendations and that in the end helped us get the result we wanted which was seeing a SOLD sticker put on our place.
