The above property was that of my grandmothers who passed away in late July. It was a very difficult time for myself and the family a situation which Theo dealt with very delicately. The property had a lot of sentimental value for obvious reasons. Theo was very accommodating during the process, advising us of restoration works needed to be performed as well as providing a limit on expenditure to ensure we didn't over capitalise. He provided a clear timetable of the campaign and through his contacts ensured the place was amazingly styled. The family was kept up to date regularly through the sale process and in the end we achieved a sale price that exceeded our expectations. Very satisfied with the professionalism Theo and his team showed.

They went above and beyond my expectations from first meeting the team they made me feel very comfortable, his knowledge of the whole industry was spectacular, any questions I had he took his time and explained it all to me. His communication from the house inspections, to feed back also just a general call to see how we were going was excellent. We were very happy with the sale of our house. I found the whole experience to be helpful and informative on our needs and questions which made the whole experience much more enjoyable compared to what I have experienced in the past elsewhere.
